Booked a room with fantastic views of the ocean. We had air conditioner and a kettle in the room. The hotel has incredible location close to a beautiful and calm beach, ferry and staff, and the grassed areas and gardens.

Jason
The rooms are neat and budget, and are complete with a shared bathroom, adjoining outdoor kitchen and coffee cups.

Outstanding location, friendly staff, tasty food, lovely cabin amongst the trees, great value.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The water sports at the hotel were fantastic, especially the jet skis. It was a lot of fun zooming around on the water. The food at the hotel restaurant was also really good, with a lot of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was great too, perfect for getting away from crowded places and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
The room was quite outdated and not as pictured on the website. The bathroom had rusted taps and shower with terrible pressure, which was not ideal.

The hotel is just steps away from the stunning main beach, perfect for a morning swim or relaxing on the sand. The location is close enough to everything, making it easy to explore the island. The rooms are basic but comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of activities.
The accommodation doesn't offer the best value for money, and some guests reported issues with noisy air conditioning units.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the beach, and it's close enough to everything. The hotel facilities were top-notch - we loved the camp kitchen which was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, especially Laura at reception who was super helpful. We also enjoyed the live music in the evenings and the yummy food at the restaurant. The bed in our cabin was exceptionally comfortable, which made our stay even better. we had a great time and highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing all good.

The hotel at Keppel Island is a little gem, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The location, right near the beach, is unbeatable, allowing easy access to the stunning shoreline. The basic amenities, including the shared bathroom between rooms, were clean and well-maintained, and the new air conditioners made our stay comfortable even during hot days. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.
All was great, no improvements necessary.

The comfortable and clean rooms provide a relaxing stay, while the stunning views and beautiful white sands just a stone's throw away make for a perfect beachside location. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.
No major issues, just a minor one that could be overlooked.

We had an incredible time at the Hideaway on Great Keppel Island. The island itself is absolutely breathtaking with its sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The staff at the reception were sensational, providing us with the best customer service we have ever experienced in Australia. The bar had delicious food and drinks at a very good price. The beachfront cabins were a bit tired, but the friendly staff and amazing location made up for it. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and had a great time snorkelling and watching the beautiful sunsets. Despite a few minor issues with housekeeping and timing, the staff quickly resolved them and made sure we were happy. The showers were wonderful, with hot water and hair-friendly bore water. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic family getaway.

The hotel is located near the beach and offers great snorkelling opportunities. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially with dietary restrictions. The relaxed atmosphere and beautiful sunsets make for a great family getaway.
The accommodation is outdated and in need of maintenance. Meals are overpriced and with limited options for vegetarians and vegans.
-
Grace
The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for meals.
All was great.

The complementary breakfast was decent but it didn't offer much variety. One of the best aspects was that it had a pool that was lovely to relax in. The hotel was located near the beach and had access to multiple food options.
The beds were very uncomfortable, and the staff was not helpful in changing them. The room was also quite noisy, and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning. The beach and ocean views are breathtaking, and it's the perfect place to relax during the Christmas holidays. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Plus, the meals at the pub restaurant were delicious.
The air conditioning didn't work, the fridge didn't get cold, and the bed moved and rolled on the tiles. The bathroom was poorly designed, with a small basin that made it difficult to brush our teeth without water splashing everywhere.
